4. WHAT NEXT AFTER VIEWING?
Fill a provisional plot booking form indicating all your details and your plot number. We give  you ten days to do your due diligence. After that you start your payment.
5. DO YOU HAVE TITLE DEEDS AND ARE THEY FREEHOLD OR LEASEHOLD?
Yes, we have Title deeds for all our plots and they are Freehold.
6. DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENT?
Yes , you pay 30% deposit or more the balance within a period of 6 months.
7. DO YOU SELL TO KENYANS IN THE DIASPORA ?
Yes, we do.
8. AFTER I HAVE FINISHED MY PAYMENT HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY TITLE DEED?
